Cancel or manage. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Viblook. You can also open it from the app: Profile → Manage / cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid the next charge.
Refund. Refunds are handled by Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in and choose the Viblook purchase.
I paid but the app is still locked. Open Profile → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same account you used when you subscribed.
Sign in. There is no password. Sign in with Apple, with Google, or with your email: we send you a 6-digit code. If the code does not arrive, check your spam folder and wait one minute before asking for a new one.
Delete my account. In the app: Profile → Delete my account. Your account, your photos, your reports and everything you published in the community are permanently erased. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in your App Store settings first. If you cannot access the app, email us from the address of your account and we will delete it for you.
The rating does not start or fails. Check your internet connection and try again. Use a full-body photo, sharp and well lit.
I disagree with my score. Scores are generated automatically by artificial intelligence, based on current trends and several style criteria. They are an opinion given for guidance and entertainment. See how we rate.
Report or block. Open the outfit or the comment, tap the three dots, then Report or Block. Reported content is hidden from you immediately and reviewed within 24 hours.
Someone posted a photo of me. Email us with the username or a screenshot and we will remove it.
